🏅 The Course
Certified 5K course that runs through the neighborhoods of Heathrow in Florence, Alabama. The Fun Run is a 1-mile loop leaving from the Shoals Christian School. Course maps will be available on race day.
🏢 Indoor Facilities
Shoals Christian Gym & restrooms are available beginning at 6:30 a.m. for warm up, stretching, registration, and awards.

- Complimentary Shirt: All Pre-Registered 5k participants will receive a long-sleeve race shirt.
