2025 Galentine's Day 5K

🎉 Event Overview

• Celebration: Galentine’s day is a day for ladies celebrating ladies! What better way than with a 5K road race? We are BACK with the 5th Annual Galentine’s Day 5K. Come kick it, 5k style! Fellas - you’re also invited!
• Race Certification: USATF certified and chip timed. The course contained completely within Piedmont Park.
• Participant Perks: Each participant will get a commemorative Galentine’s Day 5K race bib and super soft shirt.

🏆 Awards Details

• Award Categories: Awards breakdown: First Place Overall Female, First Place Masters female, and 3 deep in each age group - Womens <10, 11-14, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70+.
• Awards for Speedy Ladies: These speedy ladies will each receive a fantastic award!
• Men's Scoring: Men will be scored in the same age groups.

🎊 Post Race Celebration

• Party Details: Stick around after the race for awards and post race party.
• Treats: We will have chocolate covered strawberries, pretzels, hot chocolate and more.
• Fun Activities: We will have music, games and TONS of giveaways from local merchants.
• Card Making Station: The Galentine’s day 5K is also the only 5K to offer a complementary Galentine’s day card making station after the race!

📅 Event Details and Schedule

• Early Packet Pickup: Available at Big Peach Midtown from 12p-6pm on Friday, February 7th
• Parking: Available in the main parking deck at Piedmont Park, as well as in the gravel lot behind Park Tavern.
• Race Day Schedule:
• 8:30AM - Packet Pickup Begins
• 9:30AM - Race Start
• 10:15AM - Awards
