Welcome to 2025! Kick off the new year with a burst of energy at the Peticolas Running Club's monthly social run/walk. It's the perfect way to shake off the winter blues and jumpstart your fitness resolutions with a lively and friendly crew of likeminded friends! After the run walk, get in the chill zone to celebrate your accomplishments with a Peticolas brew too!
🕒 Run Details
- Pace: Go at YOUR pace, run, walk, skip, whatever you like: the goal is to show up and have fun.
- Check-in: Between 8AM-9AM: start whenever you would like or join the 'group' start at 8:30AM.
- Course: The three miles is on a trail near the brewery: mile markers and bottled water are available.
- Water: There is no water on the course, so please bring your own filled water bottle.
🍻 What’s Included
- Social Run: Includes the run/walk, a custom branded pint glass, three brews, and tacos from THAT TACO DUDE.
- Brews: Three Peticolas brews can be enjoyed in various ways, either as drafts in the Taproom or take cans TO GO.
- Extras: Purchase additional beer to go or merchandise at the brewery.
- Kids: Children in strollers are always welcome and free!
🗓️ Social Run Schedule
- 8:00 AM-9:00 AM: Check in and start the social run/walk (rolling start).
- 8:30 AM: Group Start (for those who want to run with a group).
- 9:30 AM: Breakfast.
- 10:30 AM: Social run raffle.
- 11:00 AM: Last call.
- 11:30 AM: Social run/walk ends.
📝 Notes & Tips
- Check-in Timing: Check in from 8:00 AM to 9:00 AM on the day of the social run/walk.
- No Refunds: Like the Velvet Hammer 5K, there are no refunds: once registered, you're registered.
- Weather Policy: Social runs/walks are rain or shine: if the weather is bad, we will enjoy the food and drinks indoors.
- No Dogs: Due to liability reasons, dogs are not allowed.
💵 Registration & Pricing
Purchase tickets online for $30: all transactions are done online. The social run includes tacos from THAT TACO DUDE, three delicious brews from Peticolas, and a custom Peticolas social run branded glass.
