⏰ Start Times
- Recreational 5K Run: 11:00 a.m. CST
- Plunge Only: Starts at 12:00 noon CST (Age 13 and up only)
- Post-Run Plunge: Runners can choose to plunge right after run, or wait and plunge with the plunge only crew at 12:00 noon CST
🍲 Post-Race Treats
Chili, hot cocoa, coffee, cookies & post race/plunge beanie included with the price of a ticket.
⚠️ Important Notes
- Lake Bottom: Natural: shoes or water shoes are recommended.
- Changing Station: There will be an outdoor changing station available onsite (change of clothes post plunge and a warm blanket highly recommended).
- Tents with Heaters: We will have a few tents with small heaters onsite to warm yourself post plunge also.
- Emergency Services: EMS will be onsite.
