Whether you are a seasoned athlete or just starting your fitness journey, there is an event for everyone. Super 5 Sunday offers 3 events: 1mile, 5k and 5mile.
All proceeds from the registration will be put towards the LCRC Summer youth Program, a series of 1mile fun runs free to kids 14 and under!
🗺️ Course Details:
The course is nestled between the University drive and Lohman Ave run along Sonoma Ranch Blvd, with the Gorgeous Organ Mountains serving as a backdrop. With only about 68ft of elevation gain, the race provides a uniquely flat course on paved roads, creating the perfect conditions for you to run fast.
📍 Location of Events:
All events start from the north lane of the southernmost entrance gate to Centennial High School.
⏰ Start and Finish Times:
- 1mile: 8:30 a.m. (chip timing)
- 5k & 5mile: 9:00 a.m. (chip timing)
- Course Closure: Racecourse will close at 11am for all events.
🎁 Giveaways:
- Free Participants: Will receive a Bib.
- Paid Participants: Will receive a Bib, t-shirt (not guaranteed after 1/12).
🏆 Awards:
5k/5mile Awards
- Overall Top Female and Male: $125.00 each.
- Overall Top 3 Female/Male: 1st-3rd gets a plaque.
- Top 3 Age Group Male/Female: Top runners removed.
1mile Awards
- 1-14 Age Group: Overall 1st-3rd.
- 15+ Age Group: Overall 1st-3rd.
*Awards will be based on chip timing.
🚗 Event Parking, Registration, and Start/Finish: all located at Centennial High School South Parking Lot.
🚧 Closed Road Course: on Sonoma Ranch Blvd to Lohman Ave.
