🌧️ Event Details

• Event Status: RAIN OR SHINE!
• Race Day Registration: Packet Pick-up begins at 7:30am
• Race Start Time: 9:00am
• Parking: Use Swimming Pool Rd for parking & registration

🚶‍♀️ Course Information

• Terrain: Race course is on a variety of terrain (pavement, gravel & grass)
• Virtual Option: Virtual 5K option also available (see details below)
• T-shirt Guarantee: Guaranteed T-shirt in selected size if registered by April 26th
• Kids Participation: Kids 5 & under are FREE for all events: T-shirt NOT included

🎟️ Registration Fees

• 'Live' 5K Race Fees:
  • $20: NOW through Jan 31st
  • $25: Feb 1st through May 14th @ noon
  • $30: Race Day (VENMO, Cash or Check ONLY accepted on Race Day)
  • T-shirt Guarantee: Guaranteed T-shirt in selected size if registered by April 26th
• 'Virtual' 5K Race Fees:
  • Run or walk 3.1 miles at your leisure by May 17th, wherever you choose – a treadmill, trail or your neighborhood.
  • $35 Fee: Includes mailed event T-Shirt (If registered AFTER May 14th, we can NOT guarantee requested size availability)
  • Finisher Medal: Will be mailed upon request to those who submit tracked mileage time (based on the honor system) via email to hipp31@hotmail.com by May 18th at 11:59pm.
  • If you submit your mileage time to be included in overall results, but do not wish to receive a 'finisher medal', please indicate this in your email.

🏆 Awards

• Top Finishers: Medals will be awarded to the overall top male and female finishers.
• Age Categories: Top 3 male & female runners in the following age categories: 12 & under, 13-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, and 60+.
• Presence Required: Awarded participants must be present for the awards ceremony - No 'Live' 5K event medals will be mailed.
