🍀 Hammond Rotary Shamrock Run 2025

The Hammond Rotary's Charity Shamrock Run, presented by Rotary Club of Hammond, will offer runners an opportunity to run the 1-mile and 5K/10K. This year's course will be at the Renaissance Festival grounds in Hammond, Louisiana (46468 River Rd, Hammond, LA 70401). The 5K/10K will take you on roads around the festival and then around the small lake, through the Renaissance Village. Please register by Friday, February 28th, 2025 to guarantee that you'll get a T-shirt. We always order extra T's for late registration, but sizes will not be guaranteed after Feb 28th.

🕗 Race Schedule

• 1-Mile Fun Run Start: 8:00 AM
• 5K/10K Start: 8:30 AM
• Walkers: Welcome in 1 mile and 5K events!
• Note: Walkers are not allowed in the 10K.

🏅 Awards and Finisher Medals

We will have finisher medals for all 5K and 10K runners! We also have the following awards for:

• Top 3 Overall: Male & Female in 5K and 10K
• 1st Place: Male & Female in 1 mile run
• 1st Place Age Groups: Male & Female in various age groups
• Special Age Groups: Including 80+ for the 5K only.

🎭 Special Awards and Challenges

We will also have special awards for:

• Best Costume: Prizes for fantastic outfits!
• Biggest Team: Gather your team to compete!
• Beat the Leprechaun: Challenge in the 10K with prizes!
• Biggest Fundraising Team: Click DONATE and register your team.

📦 Packet Pick-Up

Packet pick-up will be Thursday March 20th, 2025 from 10:00 AM - 5:30 PM, at Perfectly Fit, 303 W Minnesota Park Rd # E, Hammond, LA 70403. Packets and T-shirts will be available race morning if you can't make it on Thursday: however, race morning lines tend to be long. Get your packet ahead of time to help us minimize the race morning lines.

🚗 Race Day Information

• Race Day Packet Pick-Up: Starts at 7:00 AM
• Recommendation: Pick up at least 1/2 hour before your race time.
• Parking: Will be on the grounds of the Renaissance Festival.
