Lace up your sneakers and get ready for a meaningful run to support mental health awareness. The Spark the Conversation 5K is a great race day experience that supports a mission to promote mental health awareness among teens and young adults, and providing vital resources to those in need.
The race takes place at the 5k course of one of the top high school cross country programs in the state, winding through the woods around the campus of Marist School, finishing on the lower fields by Nancy Creek.
Free T-shirt with registration. Must be registered by November 24th to be guaranteed a 2024 race T-shirt (2022 & 2023 5K shirts available for late registrants).

RACE DAY SCHEDULE
Parking will be available at the on-campus parking lot directly adjacent to the race starting location. When you come into campus, continue straight while the fields are on your right. The parking lot will be towards the back of campus past main buildings.
Race bibs will be available near the parking lot and adjacent to the starting point before the race, starting at 7:30am. T-shirts, water, and snacks will be available post-race near the finishing line.
