Wellness Resolution Run

🏃‍♂️ Race Overview

• Distance Options: The race includes a 4 mile and an 8 mile run which is very attractive to those runners interested in more than a 5k.
• Walking Course: Entrants may choose to walk the 4 mile course.
• Starting Point: The race course will begin and end at the Glenwood Medical Mall (102 Thomas Rd) parking lot facing McMillan Rd.
• Course Design: The 8 mile race will consist of a double loop of the actual course. RACE MAP PICTURE is posted on the home page of wmwellnesscenter.com.

🗓️ Event Details

• Registration: Late Registration begins Saturday January 6th at 6:30am with the race starting at 8:00am.
• Post-Race Activities: The Wellness Center and various sponsors will also host a post-race luncheon and awards ceremony in Studio A of The Wellness Center located at 3215 Cypress Street, West Monroe.
• Awards: Awards for the 4 and 8 mile will be awarded for Male and Female - 1st, 2nd, and 3rd based on age group increments: 19 & under, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, and 70+.

🎽 Packet Pickup

• Pickup Dates: Packet pick-up is Friday, January 5th from 4-7pm AND Saturday January 6th in STUDIO A at The Wellness Center.
• Participant Gifts: Participants will receive a swag bag and t-shirt when picking up their race packet.

⏰ Important Date

• T-Shirt Deadline: T-SHIRT DEADLINE IS DECEMBER 21st. After that time, we will have limited t-shirts available.
• Registration Order: T-shirts will be filled in the order the participants registered.
• Appreciation: THANK YOU.
