- Details: A family-friendly event for people of all ages and abilities to come together and support the health and independence of older adults in Western Michigan.
🗺️ Course Information
- Walk: 2-mile loop
- 5K Run: Extended on the same loop

- Pet Friendly: Dogs are welcome, so bring your furry friends!
⏰ Schedule
- Packet Pickup: Begins at 9:00 am
- Welcome Address: 10:00 am
- Race Start: 10:15 am
- Awards Ceremony: Held immediately after the race
🎟️ Registration Fees
- Walk: $10/person (optional race shirt available)
- 5K Run: $30/person (includes race shirt: sizes not guaranteed for late registrants)
- Kids: Ages 0-5 are free (no registration needed)
- Price Increases: Ticket prices go up $5 on February 5 and another $5 on race day

- 5K Prizes: Awards for overall and age-group winners
- Best Costume: Prizes for the best-dressed adult, child, and dog
- Special Awards: Prizes for the youngest and oldest runners
- Dress Theme: Participants encouraged to dress as a food item
🌍 Virtual Participation
- Option: Join virtually for $35, including a race packet with a t-shirt
- Own Course: Map out your own 2-mile walk or 5k run
- Share: Submit photos and tag us on social media
