2025 Pace and Pedal Event

🏃‍♂️ PACE AND PEDAL DUATHLON

Note: The 4.6 mile running portion of this race is on a non-paved trail. The 10.3 mile bike course will be on paved roads.

• Registration: Participants can register individually or as a two-person team (please register together if participating as a team).
• New for 2025: Top Finisher prizes for our new Youth Category: ages 17 & Under!
• Safety Requirement: A bike helmet is REQUIRED during the biking portion of the race.
• Music Policy: For your safety, no earbuds/music will be allowed during the biking portion of the race.

Medal: Finisher's medal for all individuals who complete the duathlon (including team).

T-shirt: Participants can select to purchase a t-shirt when registered by April 24, 2025.

🎨 PACE AND PEDAL 5K COLOR FUN RUN/WALK

• Age Eligibility: Any age welcome to participate!
• Cost: FREE for participants age 12 and under! Only $10 for participants age 13 and up.
• Fun Element: Get ready to be sprinkled in color with the 5K Color Fun Run/Walk!
• Course: Fully-paved and stroller-friendly. No pets please.

Awards: No awards will be given. Self-timed, fun event.

T-shirt: Participants can select to purchase a t-shirt when registered by April 24, 2025.

👧 PACE AND PEDAL YOUTH COLOR RUN - Free!

Note: This 1.0 mile course is paved.

• Age Group: Ages 12 & under
• Fun Experience: Get ready to be sprinkled in color as you race through the course!
• Individual Registration: Participants must register individually.
• Gifts: Youth race participants receive a finisher's medal and sunglasses with registration.

Note - Registration closes 15 minutes prior to each event start time.

8:00am - Pace and Pedal Duathlon Start

8:30am - 5K Color Fun Run/Walk Start

10:00am - Youth Color Run Start

Inclement Weather: Race officials may cancel, delay, or change the race in case of severe weather or other conditions. In the event of cancellation, no refunds will be issued. All events will take place rain or shine. If lightning occurs, times will be backed up in 1/2 hour increments, with cancellation after 2 hours.
