2025 Pace and Pedal Event

🏃‍♀️ PACE AND PEDAL DUATHLON

Note: The 4.6 mile running portion of this race is on a non-paved trail. The 10.3 mile bike course will be on paved roads.

• Registration: Participants can register individually or as a two-person team (please register together if participating as a team).
• New Category: NEW FOR 2025 - Top Finisher prizes for our new Youth Category: ages 17 & Under!
• Helmet Requirement: A bike helmet is REQUIRED during the biking portion of the race.
• Safety Rules: For your safety, no earbuds/music will be allowed during the biking portion of the race.

Finisher's Medal: Finisher's medal for all individuals who complete the duathlon (including team).

T-Shirt Option: Participants can select to purchase a t-shirt when registered by April 24, 2025.

🎉 PACE AND PEDAL 5K COLOR FUN RUN/WALK

• Age Welcome: Any age welcome to participate!
• Free Entry: FREE for participants age 12 and under! Only $10 for participants age 13 and up.
• Color Experience: Get ready to be sprinkled in color with the 5K Color Fun Run/Walk! Participants have the option of bypassing the color stations if they wish to stay color-free.
• Course Details: Course is fully-paved and stroller-friendly. No pets please. No awards will be given. Self-timed, fun event.

T-Shirt Option: Participants can select to purchase a t-shirt when registered by April 24, 2025.

🌈 PACE AND PEDAL YOUTH COLOR RUN - Free!

Note: This 1.0 mile course is paved.

• Age Group: Ages 12 & under
• Color Fun: Get ready to be sprinkled in color as you race through the course!
• Individual Registration: Participants must register individually.
• Participation Reward: Youth race participants receive a finisher's medal and sunglasses with registration.

• 6:30am-8:15am - Packet Pickup and Same Day Registration at Lake Wazee
• Note - Registration closes 15 minutes prior to each event start time.
• 8:00am - Pace and Pedal Duathlon Start
• 8:30am - 5K Color Fun Run/Walk Start
• 10:00am - Youth Color Run Start

INCLEMENT WEATHER: Race officials may cancel, delay, or change the race in case of severe weather or other conditions. In the event of cancellation, no refunds will be issued. All events will take place rain or shine. If lightning occurs, times will be backed up in 1/2 hour increments, with cancellation after 2 hours.
