The 29th Annual Med City Marathon is back in 2025! We are back and working to make the Rochester community come alive with the annual Med City Marathon, presented by ActivePT, One of the Midwest’s premier race event weekends. NEW FINISH LINE IN THE HEART OF DOWNTOWN ROCHESTER!
📅 Race Weekend Events
- Marathon: Boston Qualifier/USATF certified marathon.
- Marathon Relay: Participate as a 2 or 4 person team.
- Half Marathon: Join in the GPC Half Marathon.
- Kids Race: Fun race for the young ones.
🎉 Additional Activities
- Altra 5K: Enjoy a 5K run also included in the weekend events.
