Honor Run 2025 - KCSEBA

🏅 Kern County Sheriff's Employees' Benefit Association 11th Annual Honor Run

• Purpose: Proceeds raised from the event will be donated to the Kern County Sheriff’s Employees’ Benefit Association and will be used to assist the families of our fallen deputies by providing scholarships for the children left behind.
• Support: A portion of the money raised will be used to support the Sheriff's Activities League (SAL) supervised youth activities and programs throughout the county.

🗓️ Race Day Details

• Registration: Race Day registration for 5K and 10K begins at 7:00 a.m. and ends at 7:45 a.m. Registration will be $50*
• Kids Registration: Kids 1K race day registration begins at 7:00 a.m. and ends at 7:45 a.m. Registration will be $10*
• Race Start: 5K and 10K runs will start at 8:15 a.m. Kids 1K run will start at 8:00 a.m.
• Fee Disclaimer: *Does not include online processing fees

📝 Online Registration

• Deadline: Online registration will close at 8:00 a.m. on Monday, March 3, 2025.
• Shirt Guarantee: Shirt size guaranteed if registered prior to February 6, 2025.

📍 Location Information

• Starting Point: The race will begin at Section 2 of Hart Park.
• Parking: Parking will be located around the park and near the site of the run.

📦 Pre-Race Packet Pick-Up

• Date: Pre-race packet pick-up will occur on Thursday, March 6, 2025.
• Time: Packet pick-up will be from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.
• Location: Kern County Regional Training Center, 962 Norris Road, Bakersfield, 93308.

🏅 Awards and Raffle

• Medals: Medals will be awarded for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place in each division.
• Raffle: Runners raffle after the race!

😊 Additional Information

• Walkers: Participants are also welcome to walk the race route. Strollers are welcome.
• Dogs: Runners who want to bring their leashed dogs for the run are welcome to do so. Water bowls will be available at the turnaround points for your canine buddies!!!
