🏜️Race Description

• Course: Following an out-and-back course beginning at Sunset Park, the race takes a gradually descending path east until reaching the 5k turnaround.
• Scenic Views: Heading south with the majestic Vulture Peak in the distance, 10k and half-marathon runners face a gradual climb in elevation until reaching their respective turnaround points.
• 10k Turnaround: Participants turn around just beyond Wickenburg's Los Caballeros Golf Course.
• All Runners: Enjoy a picturesque view of Wickenburg and its surrounding beauty as you reach the turnaround.

📅Event Details and Schedule

• Registration: Race-day registration and packet pickup begins at 6:00 a.m., including a goodie bag, performance t-shirt, and race bib.
• Shirt Sizes: Guaranteed only to runners who pre-register by April 5, 2025.
• Bag Check: Available for all participants to drop off gear: bags not picked up on race day will be donated.
• Race Start Times: Half Marathon at 6:30 am, 15K at 6:45 am, 10K at 7:00 am, 5K at 7:15 am, and Kids Fun Run at 9:30 am.

🏆Awards and Timing

• Medals: Awarded to top finishers in each age bracket for the 5k, 10k, and half marathon.
• Age Categories: 5k, 10k & 15K: 12 and under, 13-15, 16-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, and 70+.
• Half Marathon: Age brackets: 19 and under, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, and 60+.
• Finisher's Medal: All half marathon participants will receive one.

📸Additional Event Features

• Fun Run: 1-mile course for children 10 and under: each participant receives a shirt and medal.
• Post-Race Party: Enjoy a bounce house, food, and a free western photo op after the race.
• Photography: Candid photos will be taken on the course, with a free photo op area at the Start/Finish.
• Stroller Policy: Strollers are allowed: please line up towards the back for safety.
