Come run with us! The 40th Corrida de Los Locos will be held on Saturday, March 1st, 2025.

⏰ Race Schedule

Race Pickup: Race number pickup will be at the Municipal Recreation Sports Complex softball concession stand starting at 7:15 AM – 7:50 AM.
5-Mile Race: 5-mile race starts at 8:00 AM.
Kid’s Fun Run: Kid’s 1-mile Fun Run starts at 9:15 AM / when the 5-mile race is over.

Venue: Municipal Recreation Sports Complex.
Address: 205 Caja Del Rio Road, Santa Fe, NM 87507.
Nearby Landmark: Across the street from the rugby pitch.
Course: An out and back course with wonderful views of the Jemez Mountains and the Sangre de Cristo mountains.

🚗 Parking Information

Parking for the Corrida will be at the MRSC softball field #5.

🏃‍♀️ Virtual Race Option

If you cannot run in person, please sign up for the virtual race. Run or walk anytime from February 23 to February 28, 2025. Record your time on the Results page.

🎓 Beneficiary Information

The Santa Fe Striders are proud to offer scholarships to graduating seniors who meet the selection criteria. Additional scholarship information can be found on our website www.SantaFeStriders.org.

Eligibility: Scholarships are awarded to graduating high school seniors from north-central New Mexico who participated in track and/or cross country.
College Requirement: Applicant must be accepted to a 2 or 4-year College.
Support Needed: Please consider an extra donation of $10-$20, or whatever you can afford, to help these promising young student-athletes.

👕 Shirts and Awards

Post-Race Snacks: Snacks will be provided immediately following the race.
Awards Distribution: Awards will be distributed around 9:30 AM - Top 3 Male, Female, and Nonbinary Overall.
Age Group Awards: Awards for Male & Female - 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70+.
Note: Virtual runners will NOT be eligible for age group awards.
