- Purpose: Raising funds to distribute #WITKITS of menstrual, dental, and hygiene supplies to underserved girls.
🎽Race Details
- WIT 5K: 3.1 mile Run/Walk Race starting at 7:00 AM CST with overall and age group awards.
- Virtual Option: Added a VIRTUAL WIT 5K Run/Walk for participants unable to attend in person: shirts, bibs, and medals will be mailed.
- Fundraiser: For WIT’s signature WITKITS Campaign to provide menstrual products and hygiene items.
- Societal Impact: Addressing increased period poverty affecting girls and women post-pandemic.
🏅Awards and Recognition
- Participant Medal: Each 5K participant will receive a PARTICIPANT MEDAL.
- In-Person Winners: Overall male and female winners will receive unique WIT trophies and age group awards.
- Overall Winners: 1st, 2nd, 3rd place recognition for both Men & Boys and Women & Girls.
- Age Groups: Awards for 1st, 2nd, 3rd place in designated age groupings for both genders.
