Etown Trail Classic

🏞️ Race Overview

• Event: The Etown Trail Classic is a challenging and FUN event that will take place at the Veterans Memorial Park in Elizabethtown, Kentucky.
• Date: June 28, 2025
• Distance: 3.2 mile well-maintained trail
• Options: Run the 8 hour endurance ultra or the 5k, either as an individual or part of a 2-person relay team.

💧 Aid Stations

• Support: A well-stocked hydration and nutrition aid station will be available for runners.
• Atmosphere: Music & a high-energy atmosphere will be waiting for you at the completion of each lap!
• Spectators: Friends and family will enjoy the numerous spectator viewing spots located around the course.
• Objective: The goal of the 8-hour ultra is to run as many loops as you can or want to in 8 hours.

🏆 Awards

• Top Finishers: Awards for the top male/female/team finishers based on mileage completed in the 8-hour ultra.
• 5K Awards: The 5K will have awards for the top 3 overall Male and Female runners.
• Swag Draw: We’ll draw bib numbers for runners to win awesome swag!
• Finisher’s Prize: All runners will receive a finisher's prize.

🏕️ Pit Area

• Seating: Runners can set up chairs and blankets (no larger than 10x10) in the field past the start/finish line.
• Tents: Tents are also welcome for those wanting a little extra space.

🎁 Swag

• Swag Availability: Additional swag will be available to order ahead of time and on the day of the race for those interested.

❤️ Our Purpose

• Charity: All proceeds from this race will go to the TKS Middle School Cheer Team and other activities within the school.
• Support: Funds will help enrich clubs to enhance STEM activities.
• Registration Deadline: The last day for guaranteed t-shirts at registration will be January 15th.
