About the Event
- Tradition: Join the Thanksgiving morning tradition with the 9th Annual Pie Day 5k Run/Walk.
- Founder: The event is coordinated by Be You Boldly and race founder Cecilia Fink, now a Pitt grad student who remains involved.
- Charity Contribution: A portion of the race proceeds will be donated by Cecilia to local charities, including K’s for Cancer and RVR YMCA Livestrong Program.
- Community Benefit: These organizations provide support to cancer patients and their families in Lycoming County.
Race Features
- Swag Guarantee: T-shirt & swag bag guaranteed for those registered by November 4.
- Awards: Awards for overall Male & Female Winner and top 3 Male & Female Runners in each age group.
- Winners: Pies awarded to 1st place winners in all categories.
- Food & Raffle: Free food for all participants and post-race raffle prizes.
