🏃♀️ YWCA Purple Glow Run 2024
Join YWCA for the 2nd Annual Purple Glow Run! This run is an awareness event as part of Domestic Violence Awareness month activities. This is a family-friendly event that offers a way to remember those who lost their lives to violence and abuse but also to celebrate those who have survived their abuse and are living new lives free of violence. We will have information on services in the community and sandwiches and snacks for those attending. The 5K run/walk will start and end at Young at Heart Senior Center and start at dusk to show off the purple glow. Check In: 6:45pm: Ceremony begins: 7:00pm (race starts after the ceremony).
