Join Dr. Amber Lowe for a fun 30 minute run followed by the top 5 tips and tricks to prevent hip pain. Athletes can experience hip pain due to weakness and/or flexibility deficits, and this workshop will go over the top 5 exercises to keep in your box of tools to keep your hips happy and healthy.
Dr. Amber Lowe is a DPT, a run coach, and a certified running gait analyst who loves running and is currently training for the Chevron Marathon.
