YMCA REINDEER RAMBLE 5K

🎄 About This Race

• Community Building: For the 18th year, the Reindeer Ramble will provide a great community-building atmosphere that brings people together from all walks of life.
• Fundraising: This event is a strong source of the YMCA's fundraising effort that helps to provide assistance to children and families through our financial assistance program.
• Generosity: Through the generosity of donors, our financial assistance program offers families a way to apply for assistance on a sliding fee scale.
• Participation: Proceeds from this event will help provide scholarships for children and families to attend YMCA programs and memberships.

• Sep. 3 - Oct. 13: Race Fee: $25
• Oct. 14 - Nov. 10: Race Fee: $30
• Nov. 11 - Dec. 1: Race Fee: $35
• Dec. 2 - Dec. 14: Race Fee: $40

📦 Packet Pickup

• Date: Friday, December 13
• Time: 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.
• Location: High Street YMCA
• Race Day Pickup: Available starting at 8:30am at Keeneland

👕 Shirts

• Commemorative Shirt: Participants will receive a shirt based on availability.
• Size Selection: The sooner you register, the greater chance you'll be able to get your preferred size.
• Exchange Policy: If your size is unavailable, you can swap it out during packet pickup.
• First Come-First Serve: Exchange availability will be limited to a few shirts in each size.

🏆 Awards

• Top Finishers: Awards for Top 5 Overall Males & Females.
• Age Group Awards: Top 3 Males & Females in each age group.
• Team Awards: Top 3 Overall Teams based on the fastest 5 times.
• Age Groups: Age divisions from 10 & under to 80 & over.

👥 Race Teams

• Team Registration: Participants may run as individuals or members of a team.
• Discounts: Teams with at least 5 participants receive a $2.50 discount.
• Awards Eligibility: Teams with at least 5 participants are also eligible for awards.
• Team Name Creation: One member of the team shall create the team name upon registration.

🏃‍♀️ Virtual Race Time Submission

• Participation: Virtual participants may run/walk their 5K anywhere!
• Time Submission: Submit your times from December 9 through December 14.
• Awards: Virtual participants are not eligible for awards but can receive their race shirt.
