🏃♂️ Race Overview
Be part of one of the oldest and most iconic races in Wilmington, NC & join us for the annual Tri-Span 5K, 10K & Livestrong Mile.
🌉 Race Courses
- 5K Course: The 5K is an out and back course through downtown Wilmington.
- 10K Course: Runners will have the opportunity to run the three downtown bridges.
- Memorial Bridge: The Cape Fear Memorial Bridge will take runners across the Cape Fear River.
- Views: The Thomas Rhodes Bridge will give runners a birds eye view of the USS North Carolina and the downtown Wilmington riverfront.
- Return: The Isabell Holmes bridge will cross back over the Cape Fear River and bring runners back into downtown Wilmington and to the finish line.
🌐 Virtual Event
If you can't make it in person, but still want to be part of the fun join the Virtual Event and run your 5K or 10K anytime and anywhere.
💖 Livestrong Mile
- Back by Popular Demand: The LIVESTRONG MILE.
- Honoring Lives: Join us as we honor friends and family whose lives have been impacted by cancer.
- Non-timed Event: This is a non-timed 1-mile walk or run.
- Everyone Invited: We invite everyone to participate.
