• Race Options: 2 mile and 10 mile races

• Venue: Hosted by AMF Springfield Lanes
• Course: Same race course with familiar roller coaster hills
• Guaranteed Shirt Deadline: November 10, 2024
• Registration Close: December 6, 2024 at noon

📋 Instructions for In-Person Participants

• Finalization: In-person details will follow local regulations
• Email Notification: Participants will receive instructions before the race
• Transfer to Virtual: Non-starters will automatically be moved to virtual race
• Important: No day-of registration allowed

🏃 Instructions for Virtual Participants

• Flexibility: Participate on your own time and course
• Safety: Choose your location carefully and exercise caution
• No Support: There will be no course support, markings, or marshals
• Parking: Do not park in the Fit Club parking lot

• Submission Opens: December 9, 2024

🎟️ Packet Pickup Information

• Date: Saturday, December 7, 2024, 11:00 am to 3:00 pm
• Morning Pickup: Available at AMF Springfield Lanes starting at 8:00 am
• Proxy Pickup: Friends or family can pick up packets
• Forfeiture: Packets not picked up will be forfeited unless shipped

📦 Shipping Option for Packets

• Mail Option: Available for separate $10 fee
• Prep Time: Packets mailed after race weekend
• Important: Packets must be shipped if not picked up
• Forfeiture Policy: Same as in-person pickups
