Colorado's FUNNEST Winter Run!!!
The Yeti Chase 5K & 10K take place at beautiful Bear Creek Lake Park in Lakewood. This is the 15th year for the Yeti Chase, and it has sold out well before race day in all previous years.
🏃♂️ Course Details
- Scenic Trails: Runners wander the park's 2,500 acres, known for its diverse bird and waterfowl population as well as stunning views of the foothills.
- 5K Course: Follows a mostly flat course with gradual ups and downs.
- 10K Course: A rolling course with more challenging hills.
- Participant Prize: Long sleeve gender specific adult size shirts or cotton youth size shirts for all participants.
☕ Post-Race Festivities
- Hot Chocolate: Enjoy steaming hot cocoa and other yummy post-race food.
- Prize Money: Prize money for the top finishers.
- Grand Prize: Chance to win a $500 summer stay at one of the Summit Cove properties in Keystone!
- Dog & Stroller Friendly: Bring your furry friend or the little ones in a stroller!

📅 Winter Running Series
This is also the second race in the Racing Underground Winter Running Series. The three-race series includes the Stocking Run 5K in December, the Yeti Chase 5K/10K in January, and the Ralston Creek Half-Marathon & 5K in February. Choose from the 5K-5K-5K series or the 5K-10K-Half Marathon Series.
