💰 ENTRY FEES

• Race Options: Trot, walk, jog, or run 2 miles... It's all for fun!
• Pre-Registered Entry Fee: $20
• Race Day Entry Fee: $25 (cash/check only)
• Kids Fun Run Entry Fee: $10
• Shirt Fees: Please add $1 for XXL and $2 for XXXL shirts.

⏰ SCHEDULE OF EVENTS

• Pre-Race Packet Pick Up: Wednesday, November 27, 2024, 1 - 4 PM at Hope FM, 3419 St. Johns Ave, Palatka, FL 32177
• Race Day Packet Pick Up: Thursday, November 28, 2024, 8:00 - 9:00 AM at Riverfront Park.
• Kids Fun Run: Starts at 9:00 AM
• 2 Mile Race: Starts immediately following, likely 9:15 AM

🏆 AWARDS

• Event Type: The Trot for HOPE will be a non-competitive, non-scored, fun, festive holiday event.
• Finisher's Prize: All finishers will receive a finisher's prize!
• Top Finishers: Top 5 male and top 5 female finishers will receive a prize TBD.
• Kids Fun Run Prizes: The first five finishers of the Tiny Tot Turkey Trot will receive a prize provided by Cowart Ranch & Farms.

👥 TEAM COMPETITION

• Eligibility: Sign up with your church, school, business, club, or family to be eligible for the team competition.
• Prize: A Kona Ice Party for up to 50 people will be awarded to the team with the most participants at the event.

🎁 AMENITIES

• Inclusions: T-shirts, goody bag, post-race refreshments, event photos shared online.
• Registration Deadline: Register by November 8 to be sure to get a shirt in the size you prefer.
• Coffee: Day-of event coffee will be provided by Gem City Coffee.

In the event of inclement weather, emergency or a natural disaster, Hope FM and RaceSmith reserve the right to cancel or postpone the race. In the event of cancellation or postponement, there will be no refunds.
