š Race Overview
- Event: The San Felipe Shootout is an exciting race format with a very unique twist on racing.
- Race Types: The event will consist of three separate races: the 5k, 10k, and Half Marathon.
- SHOOTOUT: The SHOOTOUT (triple) combines all races back-to-back-to-back with the 5k, 10k, and Half Marathon for a cumulative time.
- Race Start: Shootout runners must start each race at the gun.

- Park Location: SFA State Park is just a short drive from Houston.
- Experience Nature: Nestled on the banks of the Brazos River, the park provides the opportunity to get up close to nature.
- Activities: Enjoy 6 miles of hiking and biking trails, a picnic area, geocaching, or spend the night with various campsites.
- Camping Reservations: Camping can be reserved directly with the online park reservation system.

- Friday: 3:00pm-7:00pm Packet Pickup at SFA Park Start Line.
- Saturday Packet Pickup: 5:30am-10:30am.
- Race Start Times: 7:30am Start of 5k, 8:30am Start of 10k, 10:30am Start 13.1 Half Marathon.
- Finish Line Closure: 3:00PM Finish Line Closes for all events (final cutoff time).
š Awards/Medals
- Medals: Finishers' Medals for each of the 5k, 10k, and Half (unique for each distance).
- Triple Participants: The Triple participants will collect all three medals!
