🏃♀️ The 14th Annual Pitman Education Foundation’s Panther Prowl
This event will consist of a 5K run, 1 Mile Walk, and a virtual event.
🏅 5K Run
- Course Route: This classic 5K run starts at the Pitman Jr/Sr High School, goes to Kindle Elementary School, and finishes with a lap around the high school track.
- Safety Measures: There will be police and volunteers at busy intersections to stop traffic.
- Water Station: A water stop will be available near the Kindle School.
- Course Support: Please note, the course is only supported for 40 minutes. If you plan to walk, please participate in the 1 mile walk, not the 5K run.
🚶♂️ 1 Mile Walk
- Ideal for Everyone: This event is perfect for participants who prefer to walk.
- Start Time: The walk will start immediately following the 5K.
- Location: The route goes through the streets close to the Pitman Jr/Sr High School.
- Community Spirit: Join in and enjoy a lovely stroll with fellow community members.
🌍 Virtual Event Info
- Flexibility: Complete this event anytime—run, walk, or bike anywhere, for any distance.
- Family Participation: Engage with your kids, friends, family, or pets while showing support.
- Social Sharing: Share your finish on Facebook or Instagram using the hashtag #virtuallyontheprowl.
- Event Perks: All virtual participants will receive a Panther Prowl T-shirt, but please note there are no awards for virtual participants.
👦 Free Kids Fun Run
- Time: After the 5K finish at approximately 9:10 AM.
- Distance: One lap around the track.
- Incentive: An exciting opportunity for the kids to participate!
- Participation: Encourage your little ones to get involved!
📅 Race Details
- Packet Pick-up: Drive Through Packet Pick-up will be at Pitman Jr/Sr High School parking lot on 10/18 from 5-6 PM.
- T-shirt Guarantee: T-shirts are guaranteed to those who register by 9/28/2024.
- Proceeds: All proceeds go directly to funding grants for Pitman School District teachers.
- Support Our Schools: Funds help support online learning materials, books, musical instruments, and art supplies.

⏱️ Event Timing
- Provided By: Timing will be managed by TNT Event Management.
- Ensure Accuracy: All participants will be timed for final standings.
