The MRTC KIDS! Run program focuses on teaching children in the community the love of running, along with essential training and values.

- Nutrition: Emphasis on proper nutrition and hydration in daily activities.

🏃♀️ Training Details
- Training Sessions: Saturdays at Hope Church, 8500 Walnut Grove Rd., Cordova 38018.
- Saturdays: April 20, April 27, May 4, May 11, 2024.
- Time: 11:00 am to 12:15 pm.
- Races: Sunday, May 19 at 2:00 pm. Location: Harding Academy, 1100 Cherry Rd., Memphis, TN 38117.
- Distances by Age:
- 4 & Under - 100 yard dash
- 5-6 yr old - ¼ mile
- 7-8 yr old - ½ mile
- 9-10 yr old - 1 mile
- 11-13 yr old - 2 miles
- Entry Fee: $25 per child. Finisher Items must be picked up race day.
