Welcome to the Light the Way 5K: Walk On Rock On for Mental Wellness, proudly presented by The Evie Effect and True Vine Brewing Company. This event is dedicated to promoting mental wellness, community support, and hope. Join us for an evening of fun and connection as we come together to illuminate our individual and collective paths toward well-being. This event is more than just a run: it’s an opportunity to support each other and raise awareness for mental wellness.
🎶 After-Run Activities
- Concert: Enjoy exciting after-run concert and speaker sessions.
- Live Music: The concert will feature live music performances.
- Inspiring Talks: Inspiring speakers will share messages of hope and resilience between sets.
- Drink Coupon: Each registration includes a drink coupon, redeemable during the after-run activities for a beer or non-alcoholic drink.
True Vine Brewing Company will debut a special Be the Light Brew created just for this event!
🍔 Food and Vendors
Delicious eats will be available from local food vendors, so come hungry and ready to explore sponsor booths to learn more about organizations dedicated to supporting our community.
🏅 Awards and Registration
- Finisher Medals: First 250 5K finishers will receive a finisher medal.
- Kiddie Medals: All Kids Dash participants will receive a medal.
- T-Shirt Registration: You can order your registration with or without a t-shirt.
- Cutoff Date: The cutoff to register with a t-shirt is March 10th.

- Time: Early Packet Pickup will be open from 5:30PM-8:00PM.
Saturday, April 12
- Location: True Vine Brewing Company
- 4:00 PM - 5:30 PM: Check-In and Day-of Packet Pickup
- 5:30 PM - 6:00 PM: Kids 1K (ages 12 and under)
- 6:00 PM - 7:00 PM: 5K (ages 13 and above)
- 7:00 PM - 10:00 PM: After Run Concert and Speaker Sessions
