A fun and memorable tradition continues as we celebrate our 7th annual "Good Day for a Run" race located in the beautiful and tranquil Pocono Mountains...Begins and ends at Shawnee Inn and ShawneeCraft Brewing Company's amazing property. Perfect for all ages, beginners, and seasoned runners. ....Register today!

The Run

• Professionally Chip-timed: Races Start at 9 AM
• Course Types:
  • 5K Course: 90% paved, well marked, and takes place on property and neighboring roads of Shawnee Inn. Walkers and children welcome to participate and must be registered for the safety of all runners & walkers. (Time Limit - 1 Hour for 5K)
  • 15K Course: Starts/Finishes at the Brewery. Includes about 5 miles on the beautiful and well maintained McDade Trail system along the Delaware River, plus approximately 4 miles of paved roads. (Time Limit - 2.5 Hours for 15K)
• Course Support: Water Stations and Course Marshals at important course locations

The Post Race Fun

• Brunch Buffet: Race finishers enjoy a Brunch Buffet provided by Shawnee Inn - INCLUDED!
• Complimentary Drink: 1 Complimentary ShawneeCraft Beer (Age 21+) Soda available at finish for <21.
• Live Music: In the Brewery that begins at 9:45 AM and continues after awards until noon
• Awards: Medals for Top 3 Overall and Age Group Male & Female Winners (14 & under, 15-19, 20-29, and every 10 yrs)

Additional Information

Packet Pick-Up: on Race Day @ 7:30 AM - 8:30 AM at “Good Day for a Run” tent. Arrive by 8:30 AM to check-in.
