Please join us in celebrating Carl’s life and legacy at Carl’s 5K on October 13, 2024!
🐄 About Carl and the Race
Carl: The first cow rescued by Iowa Farm Sanctuary, he inspired the event.
Race Course: Wind around the sanctuary grounds with rescued residents cheering participants on.
Participants: All runners, walkers, and strollers are welcome, irrespective of athletic abilities.
Virtual Option: Self-timed virtual race available for those unable to attend in person.
👕 Registration and New Features
New Feature 1: Join a team of dairy industry survivors to show support.
New Feature 2: Bring friends and family for post-race festivities including pumpkin spice treats and pumpkin painting.
Registration: Includes exclusive t-shirt, bib, and medal: late registrants after September 16, 2024, won't receive a shirt.
