🏃‍♂️ Camp Quality's 13th Annual 5k

• Date: Sunday, September 7th.
• Start Time: Soft start from 10-10:30 am.
• Format: In-person and virtual 5k options available.
• Challenges: Join the 100-mile virtual challenge all month long.

🎗️ Childhood Cancer Awareness

• Awareness Month: September is Childhood Cancer Awareness Month.
• Focus: Spreading knowledge about statistics, funding, and support for kids.
• Course: Memorial/tribute signs displayed on the Riverview trail and Flushing County Park.
• Virtual Participation: Complete the 5k on a treadmill or in your neighborhood.

📦 Race Packets

• Distribution: Packets for virtual participants sent the first week in September.
• Timing: After race start, packets sent out weekly.

👨‍👩‍👧 Group/Family Pricing

• Discount: Register 3 or more people together.
• Price Reduction: Receive $3 off per person.

🗓️ Schedule of Events

• Event Type: Both virtual and in-person this year.
• In-Person Event: Takes place on Sunday, September 8th.
• Virtual Events: Can be run anytime during September.

• Age Group Awards: Top 2 male & female participants in each age group.
• Overall Awards: Given to the top overall male & female runner and walker.
• Masters Awards: Awards for top male & female masters runner (40+).
• Eligibility: Awards only for in-person 5k participants.

• Categories: 14 & Under, 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70 & over.

🚶‍♀️ Age Groups - Walkers

• Categories: 19 & under, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70 & over.

👕 T-shirt & Medal Guarantee

• Registration: Shirts & medals are limited: register early.
• Guarantee Date: T-shirts & medals guaranteed to first 200 registrations before August 20th, 2025.
