Holloman Ace of Races Marathon | Half Marathon | 5K | Kids Dash

🎉 Welcome to Holloman Ace of Races

Team Holloman is opening the gates and inviting our families and friends in Alamogordo and the surrounding areas to join us for an adrenaline-filled day of sportsmanship and competition.

🏅 Event Overview

• Participants: Whether you are a seasoned athlete or just starting your fitness journey, there is an event for everyone.
• Events: Holloman Ace of Races offers four events: Marathon, Half Marathon, 5K and the Kids Dash.
• Proceeds: All proceeds from the registration will be put towards the Morale, Welfare, and Recreation fund that benefits Holloman AFB Airmen and their families.
• Course Location: The course is nestled between the Sacramento Mountains and the glistening gypsum dunes of White Sands National Park.

🌄 Course Details

• Elevation: With only 52 to 65 feet of elevation gain, the race provides a uniquely flat course on paved roads.
• Atmosphere: Run through our static aircraft and equipment on display, showcasing our unique mission.
• Finish Cadence: The race ends with a "left, right, left" to closeout its last half mile.
• Distances: Perfect conditions for your first and/or fastest 26.2, 13.1 or 3.1 miler!

📍 Location of Events

• Marathon, Half Marathon & 5K: W 11 St.
• Kids Dash: Outdoor track (4 laps)

⏰ Start and Finish Times

• Marathon: 7 a.m. (chip timing)
• Half Marathon: 7:15 a.m. (chip timing)
• 5K: 7:30 a.m. (chip timing)
• Kids Dash: 9:30 a.m.

*Racecourse will close at 4 pm for the Marathon and Half Marathon, and at 10:30 am for the 5K. Remaining participants will be picked-up.

• Marathon: Bib, Nalgene bottle (until sold out), t-shirt (not guaranteed after 8/12), sticker & finisher medal.
• Half Marathon: Bib, Nalgene bottle (until sold out), t-shirt (not guaranteed after 8/12), sticker & finisher medal.
• 5K: Bib, t-shirt (not guaranteed after 8/12), sticker & finisher medal.
• Kids Dash: Bib, t-shirt (not guaranteed after 8/18), goodie bag & finisher medal (max: 40 participants).

*Participants must cross the finish line within the time limit to earn the finisher medal.

🏆 Awards

• Overall 1st-3rd: Marathon female and male.
• Overall 1st-3rd: Half Marathon female and male.
• Overall 1st-3rd: 5K female and male.

*Awards will be based on chip timing.
