Event Overview

• Goal: Go as far as you can in eight hours.
• Location: Butler University’s iconic campus.
• Record Participation: Sold out FIVE years in a row.
• Experience: A "running tailgate" atmosphere.

The Course

• Course Options: Choose between The Long Course (5K) and The Short Course (1.91 miles).
• Flexibility: Switch courses at any time.
• Challenges: Features Bulldog’s Revenge Hill.
• Strategy: Manage distance or seek shade.

Ways to Participate

• SOLO: Take on all eight hours yourself.
• TEAM: Share the challenge with teammates.
• Cat Nap 5K: A single-loop 5K for family and friends.

Team Categories & Divisions

• Categories: Female, Male, and Coed.
• Divisions: 3–4 person team or 5–6 person team.

Coed Team Requirements

• 3–4 Person Teams: 3 runners → minimum 1 female: 4 runners → minimum 2 females.
• 5–6 Person Teams: 5 runners → minimum 2 females: 6 runners → minimum 3 females.

RC Cup is Back

• Eligibility: Local running clubs logging the most miles.
• Requirements: Must be certified nonprofit running clubs.
• Team Structure: Require 6-person coed teams (3 males, 3 females).
• Entry: Only one team can enter the RC Cup: additional teams in OPEN division accepted.

Post-Race Celebration

• Highlights: FREE cookout, live music, beer garden.
• Podium Ceremonies: Recognizing achievements of participants.
• Closing: Free food, drink, and smiles.
• Experience: Eight unforgettable hours of fun.
