WMU Turkey Trot

🏃‍♂️ About This Event

The WMU Turkey Trot is back in person! You can run your race with everyone else at WMU or anywhere (your neighborhood, local park, trail, or even a treadmill).

📅 Live Event

• Two options for registration:
  • Just the Race (no shirt) - $25
  • All the Swag (Dri-Fit Race Shirt) - $40
  • Options will be completed during the registration process.
• Shipping options: Runners can have their items shipped to them (participants will pay the shipping fee) or pick up your shirt at our Packet Pick-Up.
• Race time: The in-person race begins Saturday, Nov. 23, at 8:30 a.m.

📦 Packet Pickup Times

• Packet pick-up availability: Participants that choose the packet pick-up option will be able to pick up their items on Friday, Nov. 22, from 4 to 7 p.m.
• Schedule notice: Dates and times are subject to change.
• Pickup location: The packet pick-up will be in the WMU Student Recreation Center - Indoor Tennis Courts.

🖥️ Online Registration

• Regular registration deadline: Online Regular Registration - Deadline Nov. 21, 11:59 p.m. EST ($25.00 Race Fee)
• Late registration period: Online Late Registration - Nov. 22 and Nov. 23 ($30.00 Race Fee)
• Shirt size guarantee: Register by Nov. 1 to guarantee your shirt size!
• Post deadline notice: Any registrations submitted after Nov. 1st will not be guaranteed their shirt size.

📬 Mail-In Registration

• Registration type: No mail-in registrations - Online registrations only for 2024.

📝 In-Person Registration

• In-Person Registrations: In-Person Registrations will be accepted up until Nov. 23 at 8:15 a.m.

🌍 Virtual Event

• Race participation: You can run your race with everyone else at WMU or anywhere (your neighborhood, local park, trail, or even a treadmill). Once you have completed the virtual race, post your times at this link.
• Registration options:
  • Just the Race (No Shirt) - $25
  • All the Swag (Dri-Fit Race Shirt) - $40 an additional charge will be added.
  • Options will be completed during the registration process
• Shipping options: Runners can have their items shipped to them (participants will pay the shipping fee) or pick up your race add-ons at our Packet Pick-Up.
• Virtual race time: The virtual race begins Saturday, Nov. 23, at 8:30 a.m.

  • Eligibility notice: Only participants in the in-person race are eligible for Awards.
