Girls on the Run Denver Metro 5K

Each season comes to an end with a celebratory 5K. This closing event gives program participants of all abilities a tangible sense of accomplishment. Crossing the finish line instills confidence through completion and is a joyful moment program participants always remember! Everyone in our program receives a commemorative medal to celebrate this incredible achievement.

Venue: Empower Field at Mile High, Denver

Details: The start and finish lines are located west of Parking Lots D and G on Mile High Stadium Circle.

⏰ Time

• Coaches Arrival Time: 8:45 AM
• Girls Arrival Time: 9:00 AM
• Bib Pick-Up and Race Day Registration: 8:00 AM
• 5K Start Time: 10:00 AM

Please note that Girls on the Run participants' bibs will be handed out by their coaches at their team signs on race day.

🏅 Early Bib Pick-Up

Beat the rush! Packet pickup will be on Saturday, November 9th from 10:00 AM- 3:00 PM at REI DOWNTOWN DENVER (1416 Platte St). Race day packet pickup starts at 8:00 AM at Empower Field at Mile High, Denver.

💰 Price

• Online: $29.00 (Closes at 11:59 PM on Wednesday, November 6)
• In-Person (Early Bib Pick-Up on Saturday, November 9th): $29.00
• In-Person (Race Day): $35.00

Note: NO REFUNDS. The 5K giveaway items are on a first come, first served basis. There is NO guarantee you will receive an item for race day registration. The item will be distributed at bib pick-up.

Girls on the Run 5K events are celebratory, non-competitive races. Community Runners will NOT be timed. Come find your happy pace with us!
