🏃♀️ Event Overview
- Race Type: This 5k road race takes place entirely on West Main Street in Laurens, beginning and ending near the historic downtown square.
- Accessibility: The road will be closed for the duration of the race and facilities will be available to the public.
- Participants: Runners, walkers, strollers and pets are permitted (please leash and clean up after your pet).
- Awards: $100 will be awarded to the first place male and female overall, $50 for second place male and female. 1st and 2nd place finisher male and female will be awarded in the following age groups: 10 and under, 11-14, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70 and over. Overall winners are not eligible for age division awards.
👦 Kids Fun Run
- Start Time: 1-mile Kids Fun Run/Walk for ages 12 and under will begin promptly at 9:05am at Start Line of 5K.
- Registration: Please register directly with the Laurens YMCA for 1-mile Fun Run.
🎁 Proceeds
- Support: Proceeds from the Reindeer Run support our Youth Scholarship Fund.
📅 Event Details and Schedule
- Packet Pick-Up: Will be held from 2:00 pm until 5:30 pm Friday, December 13th at the Laurens YMCA. Packets may also be picked up on race day from 8:00am until 8:45am.
- Race Start: 5k walk/run will start promptly at 9:00 am, Kids 1-mile Fun Run will begin at 9:05am.

🏆 Awards Ceremony
- Location: Awards ceremony will be held in front of the Truist Bank building following the completion of the race by all participants.
