This race will honor the memory and legacy of Greg Deaton. Greg was a pastor with New Salem Baptist Church and the camp director for the Laurel River Baptist Association. Greg's legacy reaches well beyond those two positions. He wore many hats and was many things to people far and wide. Greg loved the Laurel Lake Baptist Camp and what it stood for. He loved telling people about Jesus. The goal of this race is to honor Greg while ultimately glorifying God and promoting + benefitting the camp that he loved so dearly. Please join us for a time of remembrance, fun, and fellowship!
