🏃‍♂️ Sampson Shuffle 5K & 1 Mile Fun Run: Turkey Special Edition!

Join us for the 5th annual Sampson Shuffle! Kick off your Thanksgiving with Sampson County's only Turkey Run. Your registration includes the exclusive Finisher Medal and a race shirt.

📍 Race Route

• 5K Route: The race will wind through Sampson East Park, continuing onto the Sampson Community College campus.
• 1 Mile Fun Run: This starts immediately after the 5K and consists of two laps around the ½-mile walking trail.
• Fun Fact: Come join the fun and start your Thanksgiving on the right foot!

💰 Race Proceeds Benefit

Proceeds benefit Sampson Community College Foundation which provides student aid and programs at the college.

📝 Registration Fees/Dates/Categories

• Early Registration: Through August 1, 2025.
• Final Price Increase: On November 11th.
• Guaranteed Shirts: Race shirts are guaranteed for everyone who registers by October 15th.
• Post-Deadline: Registrants after that date may select from extra inventory online until all sizes are sold out.

🕒 Race Day Schedule

• 7:00 am - 7:45 am: Day-of Packet Pick up
• 7:55 am: National Anthem
• 8:00 am: 5K starts
• 8:05 am: 1 mile starts
• 9:00 am: Awards

🥇 Awards/Categories

• Participant Medals: For every finisher of the 5K race!
• Prizes: For overall male and female.
• Frozen Turkey: For the top finisher in age categories: under 10, 10-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70-79, 80 and up.
