🎉 Welcome to Endure the Dirt 5K Cancer Mud Run

We are excited that you have landed here on our page. This year we are doing the COLORS OF CANCER because it was such a big hit last year. We are changing the colors of shirts etc, but we are still asking everyone to be creative and wear many colors as you run. Or wear a white shirt for the color run and make it colorful as you race.

• Beginners to Elite: Athletes are welcome to participate in the ninth ENDURE THE DIRT adventure race that’s mission is to raise money to motivate, encourage, and educate cancer patients and their caregivers.
• Participation: We have so many options for you to participate.
• Options Available: There are several options that we know will fit your needs and level of fun.
• Course Design: This course is designed for a healthy individual to understand what a cancer patient endures daily.

• Experience: Fellow participants will be there to give you a boost and help you conquer each task.

🌈 Pounding the Pavement Color Run

If you don't want to get dirty you can participate in our Pounding the Pavement Color Run. It is a 5K color run that is so much fun. Last year was our first year and even those that didn’t want to get sprayed with color decided they would.

👶 Mini Mudder

Bring your little people and let them get dirty for cancer too. This is a smaller course right at the finish line that has obstacles adapted for ages 4-9. Must have a guardian present.

🕒 Sleep In / Now We Sprint Virtual Option

The NOW WE SPRINT VIRTUAL 50 MILE OR MORE RUN begins January 1st, 2026. Why in January? Because of the weather. Cancer patients have to deal with extreme circumstances just like you may have to deal with extreme weather. We want you to be uncomfortable, just like cancer patients are uncomfortable every day while battling the dreaded disease.

The Virtual race is also a great way to get ready for Endure the Dirt. Enter your miles by March 6, 2026.
