It's time to Go Short, Go Long, Go Very Long!
Our annual 5K, 10K, 25K, and 50K is back again, make sure you register early!
📏 Race Distances
- Variety: This race has a distance for every level of runner or walker - from a 5k to a 50k.
- Course Details: All courses are along the paved Riverparks Trail system in Tulsa, and are very flat with the exception of one hill that is encountered once on the 25k course and twice on the 50k course.
- Flat Courses: The 5k and 10k courses are VERY FLAT!
🏅 Finisher Rewards
- Medals: Great finisher medals for all distances.
- Tech Shirt: A great long sleeved tech shirt.
- Post Race Food: Great post race food.

⏳ Time Limit
Please note there is a 9.5 hour time limit for the 50K.
