Lighthouse 5K Run/Walk and Fun Run

🏃‍♂️ Race Overview

• Event: Lighthouse 5K Run/Walk & Fun Run
• History: Inaugural race in 1983, originally titled the "Bud Light Twilight Lighthouse Run."
• Chipped Race: Serves as a qualifier for the famed Gate River Run.
• Fun for Kids: Activities for children such as face painting, arts and crafts, and more!

• WHERE: 5K and Fun Run will Start and End at St. Augustine Lighthouse

📅 Date & Time

• WHEN: Race day is Saturday, February 15, 2025.
• 5K Start: 8:00 AM
• Fun Run Start: 9:00 AM
• Award Ceremony: 9:15 AM

🅿️ Parking Information

• Availability: Parking will be available on race day in a few areas surrounding the lighthouse neighborhood.
• Locations: At/across from the Lighthouse, outside the soccer fields on Red Cox Drive, RB Hunt Elementary School front parking lot, and along the side of the road.
• Alternative: St. Augustine Yacht Club parking lot.

• Distance: Flat 3.1 miles through Historic Lighthouse Park and Davis Shores.

📝 Registration

• Deadline: Online registration closes at 10:00 AM on Friday, 2/14/2025.
• Walk-up Registration: Open from 7:00-7:45 AM on race day, 2/15/2025.
• Fees: Entry fees are NON-REFUNDABLE.

🏆 Awards

• Post-Race Celebration: Awards will be given out along with refreshments.
• Categories: Top three participants in each age group will receive awards.

👶 Age Divisions

• Categories: 10 & Under, 11-14, 15-18, 19-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70-74, 75-79, 80-84, and 85 & Above.
• Groups: Each age division has separate male and female groups.

🎽 Packet Pick-Up

• Date: Packet pick-up will be at Blue Water Jewelers, 2/13/2025 from 4:00 - 7:00 PM.
• Availability: Packets will also be available on race day beginning at 7 AM.

👕 T-Shirts

• Guarantee: T-Shirts are guaranteed to everyone who registers by 1/31/2025.
• Recommendation: We encourage all participants to register early as T-Shirts may not be available for later entrants.
