Join us for the 11th annual Heroes 5K, a charity event organized by Shields of Hope to spread hope, love, and encouragement to those affected by cancer in the West Michigan community.

- Location: Ridge Point Community Church, Holland, MI
- Participation: Open to all, we invite public safety professionals, EMS, and military personnel to participate in the 5K in full gear.
- In Memory: We invite those affected by cancer to run/walk in honor or memory of a loved one who has fought or is fighting the battle against cancer.
