Loopet Loppet is deepening your connection with the outdoors! We’re celebrating Dakota people, land, and traditions along Ȟaȟá Wakpádaŋ, the Dakota name for Bassett Creek.

📅 Race Details

• Date: 2026-10-17
• Location: 1221 Theodore Wirth Parkway, Minneapolis, MN
• Experience: Join the Ȟaȟá Wakpádaŋ Loopet Loppet and run or walk a 6-hour or 12-hour experience that connects you with the earth in new ways.
• Team Up: Come solo or as a team of 4 to run or walk as many 5-mile loops as possible.

👶 Children's Events

• Little Loopet: We’ll also have a Ȟaȟá Wakpádaŋ Little Loopet for kids (under 8) to walk or run!
• Fun Run/Walk: The Ȟaȟá Wakpádaŋ 1 Loop Fun Run/Walk is an untimed event perfect for running or walking along the creek for all ages, either solo or with friends.
