🎖️ Purpose

• Community Event: Organized by RPI AFROTC Detachment 550, this is a family-friendly event.
• Support for Veterans: Aimed at supporting local veterans and current college students.
• Bicentennial Celebration: RPI is celebrating its 200th year, bringing the community together.
• Charitable Cause: All proceeds go to the Special Operations Warrior Foundation.

🌟 Honoring Fallen Heroes

• Memorial Race: Conducted in memory of GUNDAM22, honoring eight brave souls lost on November 29th, 2023.
• Loss of Lives: Eight airmen in Air Force Special Operations Command lost their lives during a routine training mission.
• Support for Families: Proceeds will aid the families of these airmen.
• Names to Remember: Major Jeffrey T. Hoernemann, Major Eric V. Spendlove, Major Luke A. Unrath, Major Terrell K. Brayman, Technical Sergeant Zachary K. Lavoy, Staff Sergeant Jake M. Turnage, Staff Sergeant Jacob "Jake" Galliher, Senior Airman Brian K. Johnson.
