• Categories: 1st, 2nd, 3rd overall male and female and 1st place in each age bracket.

💰 ENTRY FEES

• 5-mile Run: Adult registration fee until 11/21/2024 is $40.00, plus service fee.
• 1-mile Fun Run/Walk: Registration fee until 11/21/2024 is $25.00, plus service fee.
• Children: Ages 4 -12 registration fee is $20.00, plus service fee for both events.
• Free: Children 3 and under are free.

📝 REGISTRATION DETAILS

• After 11/21/2024: Adult Registration for the 5-mile Run will be $50.00, plus service fee.
• 1-mile Fun Run/Walk: After 11/21/2024 will be $35.00, plus service fee.
• Includes: Registration fee includes bib, race shirt, refreshments, water stations, and prizes.
• Deadline: Registration deadline to guarantee shirt sizing is 11/1/2024.

🕗 DAY OF RACE

• Same Day Registration: Will be from 7:00 am - 8:30 am at Chestnut Hill College, Fournier Hall, 9601 Germantown Avenue, Philadelphia, PA 19118.
• Packet Pick-Up: Pre-registered packet pick-up is from 7:00 - 8:30 am at Chestnut Hill College, Fournier Hall.
• Timing: Participant race timing cannot be guaranteed after 8:30 am.
• Race Start: 9:00 AM, with the 1-Mile Fun Run/Walk starting immediately after the 5-Mile Run begins.

📦 PACKET PICK-UP

• November 26: 2:00 pm to 5:00 pm at Face to Face, 123 East Price Street, Philadelphia, PA 19144.
• November 27: 3:00 pm to 6:00 pm at Chestnut Hill College, Fournier Hall.
• Race Day: Same day packet pick-up from 7:00 am to 8:30 am at Chestnut Hill College, Fournier Hall.

• Food: Enjoy refreshments and music.
• Water Stations: Available throughout the course.
• Race Shirt: Participants receive a race shirt.

• Timing: Race will be professionally timed by the Bryn Mawr Racing Company.

👕 RACE SHIRTS

• Guarantee: Race shirts are guaranteed for participants who register before November 1, 2024.
• Pickup: Shirts must be picked up during designated packet pick-up times.
• Availability: Availability and shirt sizing cannot be guaranteed after 8:00 am race morning.

• Location: Free Parking will be available at Chestnut Hill College with overflow at Sugarloaf.
• Distance: It is approximately a 10 minute walk from Chestnut Hill College and a 15-20 minute walk from Sugarloaf to the trailhead.
