🏃♂️ Join Us for the 37th Annual Salmon Run
Join us for the 37th annual Salmon Run which returns to Bend, Oregon on April 19, 2025.
- Distances: HALF MARATHON (13.1 miles), 10K, and 5K races.
- Course: All courses weave along the beautiful Deschutes River on trails and some pavement.
- Season: Taking place in the spring, the Salmon Run is one of the first running events of the season.
- Finish Line: The race finishes on the lawn at Riverbend Park.
🌲 Course Details
The Salmon Run course takes runners along the beautiful and picturesque Deschutes River.
- Half Marathon: 75% paved sidewalks and 25% trail.
- 10K: 80% paved sidewalks and 20% trail.
- 5K: 65% paved sidewalks and 35% trail.
- Markers: All courses will be marked with a combination of mile markers and directional arrows.
🎉 Finish Line Festivities
Enjoy a post-race party with delicious food and beverages (beer!) and music.
- Gift Bags: We’ve got gift bags for participants.
- Awards: Awards for the top three male and female finishers in both open and master’s categories!
- Ribbons: 1st, 2nd & 3rd place ribbons for top age-group finishers.
🚗 Parking for Race Day
There is limited parking at Riverbend Park on race day.
- Recommendation: We highly recommend carpooling.
- Parking Attendants: Parking attendants will direct you as you arrive.
- Additional Parking: Available on City streets.
