About this race
Race Overview
This 5K, which is hosted by The Hidden Opponent Arcadia, is intended to raise awareness for suicide prevention. This race will be a symbol of the community coming together for one common goal: mental health awareness. This will be the 4th annual Ig-Knight the Hope 5K. Money raised from this 5k will support our club's efforts to bring awareness to mental health, suicide prevention, and more. We do this through things such as mental health awareness games, mental health speakers on campus, and other events.
Event Details
- Date: 2025-09-21
- Location: Arcadia University - Starts on the Haber Green at the center of campus
- Awards: 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place Male Finishers, 1st, 2nd and 3rd place Female Finishers
- Entry Fee: FREE FOR STUDENTS, $15 early registration for non-students until the day of the race
Amenities
- Course: This course will take place at Arcadia University and it is a loop that will be run twice. Walkers can walk one loop
- Water Stations: There will be 2 water stations throughout the path
- Post-Event: Following the event, there will be music, guest speakers, food, and awards in the central area which is the Haber Green
