• Road Construction: Due to road construction around Lake Bloomington, the 2024 Dam Site Run will take place at Dawson Lake within beautiful Moraine View State Park.
• New Site: Don't worry, they have a Dam there too!

🍂 About the Dam Site Run

• Established: The Dam Site Run was created in 2020 as a rare opportunity to race that year when nearly every other race was cancelled.
• Perfect Timing: The late October date meant perfect fall colors as the leaves started to fall around Lake Bloomington, creating the perfect backdrop for a fall race.

🎉 Continuing the Tradition

• New Location: This year we have worked hard to find a new site given the significant road construction around Lake Bloomington.
• High Quality Race: You can expect the same high quality race with many of the same features you’ve come to know and love.
• Race Features: Certified course, post race food, chip timed with split times, awards, finisher medal (optional), awesome swag after you finish.
• Fall Colors: Enjoy beautiful fall colors as part of your race experience.

• No Single Use Plastics: We are challenging ourselves to put on an event with no single use plastics, including no plastic water bottles or sports drink bottles.
