🏃‍♂️ Course Details

• USATF Certified: The Half Marathon course rarely strays from the waters edge of scenic Storm Lake.
• Flat Terrain: This run is primarily flat with little elevation change, making it great for a certification run.
• 5k Loop: The 5k is a nice loop course that finishes just beyond King's Pointe beach and playground.
• Scenic Views: Enjoy a great run on one of the most beautiful courses in the area.

🎽 Runner Amenities

• High-Quality T-Shirt: Every runner will receive an awesome t-shirt that is perfect for running gear.
• Finisher Medal: All runners will receive a finisher medal.
• Snack Options: Refreshments, music, and snacks will be available at the finish line.
• Water Stations: There will be 6 water stations on the half-marathon route and 1 for the 5k, providing water and Gatorade.

📅 Packet Pick-Up

• Date and Time: Packet pick-up will be on Friday, August 30, from 4:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.
• Saturday Option: You can also pick up your packet on Saturday morning, from 6-7:00 a.m.
• Location: Kings Pointe Resort, 1520 E. Lakeshore Dr. Storm Lake, IA.
• Starting Line: All races begin at 7:30 a.m. on Saturday, August 31.

📍 Race Course and Parking

• Finish Line: All races will end at Awaysis Park (1409 E. Lakeshore Dr. Storm Lake, IA).
• Parking: You can park your car at the resort or at the park as the race starts and ends within the resort area.
